When requesting a search, please try to be as specific as possible, just as you would, when asking any genealogist to do some research for you.

If you ask for many volumes to be searched, it will take a lot more time, and will be more expensive than to do it in stages.

Searches will be divided up into 15 minute units, so that someone with a very brief request won't be charged for a whole hour.

In response to your search request/s, the work will be carried out, and imaging equipment will be used to copy relevant pages, which you will then be able to add to your genealogy database. 

Routine requests will be processed in the order they are received. If something is very urgent, please say so.

For any enquiries from solicitors and heir hunters, these will take priority, as in their business, speed is essential. 

In response to your search request, you will receive an e-mail reply with the cost of your search, after the work has been completed. There will also be an enclosed link to make payment, and then you will be able to download your report and any relevant image files. 

Please understand that you will still be charged for the time taken, even if your search is unsuccessful.  This is normal practice in any genealogy services.

Searches will be charged at £6.95 per 15 minutes.  *This fee may change at any time, if there are any unforeseen issues.

You will receive a link to pay using STRIPE payment services. Here you can use any normal banking cards from anywhere in the world.
